"sit down, shut up" ringing around Wembley.

Floyd's response?

"yeahhhhhhh" "hard work!"

The media is trying to paint Conor as a racist because he called Floyd a "boy" Laughing the media is absolutely ridiculous and cringeworthy. Floyd can call McGregor any word he wants in the dictionary and it would never be considered racist.

It's not the biggest fight ever but you can't compare the Ali days to now. For one, there was no PPV then but the worldwide ratings were insane. It is the biggest spectacle since PPV began though.

The crowd is booing SHO because McGregor believes they were responsible for cutting his mic during the LA press conference.

I think the thing you can do when you compare it to Ali fights is that when Ali had his biggest fights it was one of the significant things happening in the country and the whole world stopped. Also Ali was a more global figure than either. Mayweather isn't really big outside America and Conor isn't big outside America and Ireland. Ali was a Jordan like figure where you couldn't find a person in the world who didn't know who he was and years after he retired, people who never knew a thing about boxing knew the name Muhhamad Ali because of how much he penetrated the culture.

It's fairly obvious that their insults and conflict are completely fabricated. Highly doubt either man has any real ill will towards the other, apart from having to fight eachother. They're both business men, they know how much they're going to make from this fight.

These two men have never met each other before this fight got signed. They aren't in the same sport so they have no ongoing beef. Floyd's making Conor more money than he ever made or will make in his life, Conor's giving Floyd one of his biggest paydays for the easiest fight he's probably ever had.

Yeah they really "hate" each other.

Let's be real, the most likely scenario is that in the middle of a crap fight Conor and Floyd start high fiving and hugging in the ring while everyone else realizes they got worked.

IF it happened it was only when they went to London. They were traveling separate the rest of the tour and may have been in a different jet going to London as well. The jet looks similar but I don't see why McGregor just couldn't travel in the UFC jet with Dana.

Well, it is obvious why "boy" is offensive but he says that to most opponents. That could just be a cultural difference and him not understanding why that word is offensive. More so than that it was him saying the "dancing monkey" line that was racist. Then he tried to make a joke of him not being racist and just made it worse in Brooklyn. But that kind of stuff actually brings more attention to the fight. First most wanted to see Floyd get beat but now some are wanting to see Conor get beat.

And why would these guys hate each other? Of course some of the trash talk is forced and rehearsed but having to do this four straight days what do you expect? The problem was making the press conference a four city tour when they should have stopped at two.

Nice performances back to back on this FOX card. Kownacki and Browne handled their business properly.

Berchelt dominating Miura halfway through the fight so far. Miura really needs to beat up the body.

Methinks it might be time for Ghost to hang them up...

Shame the main events tonight were one sided. Ghost for sure needs to hang them up. Plenty of spirit but body can't handle it. Miura looked slow even though he did beat up Berchelt's body late.

Barrera & Corrales both came back from early knockdowns.

Guerrero should have hung it up after losing to a real life cab driver in Peralta in his last fight before this one Laughing.

Berchelt looked solid but he's not going to do anything to Lomachenko. I'd pick Gervonta Davis over him as well.

Barrera looked good dominating after the KD. He deserves the Kovalev fight after his last two wins. The battle of Andre Ward's recent victims.

Now on to Broner/Garcia in two weeks.
